Cutters Rise Residential Subdivison

Stratos Civil have progressed civil construction of the 32 lot residential subdivision at Cutters Rise for RLS Development NQ.  Earthworks cut to fill on site is close to completion with gravity sewerage reticulation midway through construction.

The project required detailed planning prior to construction to utilise existing underground services where possible to service the new allotments.

Cutters Rise Residential Subdivision

Scope of Works:

  • Removal of existing underground services

  • Erosion and sediment controls

  • Earthworks cut to fill and retaining walls

  • Gravity sewerage reticulation

  • Stormwater drainage including gross pollutant trap

  • Watermain reticulation

  • Electrical reticulation

  • Roadbase pavement layers

  • Asphalt surfacing course

  • Concrete works including kerb and channel, driveways and footpaths

Cutters Rise Earthworks

The Cutters Rise 1D 32 lot residential subdivision is being undertaken in accordance with FNQROC standards.

The new development will provide new homes for the community.

All works are being delivered safely, precisely and within the project timeframes.
