Cutters Rise Residential Subdivison

Stratos Civil have progressed civil construction of the 32 lot residential subdivision at Cutters Rise 1D in Gordonvale. Earthworks cut to fill on site, gravity sewerage reticulation, stormwater drainage and subgrade is complete with road pavements, watermain and electrical installation to be installed.

The project required detailed planning prior to construction to utilise existing underground services where possible to service the new allotments.

Scope of Works:

• Removal of existing underground services

• Erosion and sediment controls

• Earthworks cut to fill and retaining walls

• Gravity sewerage reticulation

• Stormwater drainage including gross pollutant trap

• Watermain reticulation

• Electrical reticulation

• Roadbase pavement layers

• Asphalt surfacing course

• Concrete works including kerb and channel, driveways and footpaths

Challenges & Solutions:

• Existing underground services removed prior to construction

• Utilise existing services where possible

The Cutters Rise 1D 32 lot residential subdivision is being undertaken in accordance with FNQROC standards.

The new development will provide new homes for the community.

All works are being delivered safely, precisely and within the project timeframes.
